If you are a first time caller to the Retreat House, and would like to schedule an appointment, please leave a message in voice mailbox 1 and your call will be returned promptly.
At Retreat House Massage and Wellness, your scheduled appointment time is reserved just for you.
We do not overbook appointment times in order to provide excellent massage therapy services and
to be sure we have sufficient time to adequately discuss your condition and treatment options in detail with you.
We make every effort to accommodate your scheduling needs. In return, we ask that you help us by
keeping your scheduled appointments, arriving on time and notifying us a minimum of twenty-four
(24) hours in advance if you are unable to do so. When we receive advanced notice of cancellation,
we are able to avoid lost revenue and misspent employee time, which keeps our overhead down and
our fees reasonable. More importantly, we are able to accommodate other clients needing care. Failure
to comply with this policy necessitates the assessment of fees. There is no fee for appointments
cancelled 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any appointments cancelled the day of
service that are not filled are charged at 50% of the cost of the service. Missed appointments are
charged at 100% of the service fee.
